Written and produced by James (Subradar), this album blends songs from his youth with more recent compositions. Rehearsals and production sessions began shortly before the 2020 pandemic, with recordings taking place between 2020 and 2023.

Drums were performed by Iggy C., and bass by Daniel Cegarra (a.k.a. Garra). All other instrumentation and vocals were performed by James, except for additional backing vocals by Iggy C. on Dual Life and The Missing Ones, and lead vocals by little Tanta during the choral coda of Give Me Real.
